bruce or soren?

who runs the "forum" part of the page? i have a question about the way it is formatted. on all of the other forums i am a part of,when someone replies in a thread, it moves to the top of the page. is that possible with this one? also,(and the real reason i'm making this thread) as the first page has reached its capacity, some of the threads have moved to page 2. however, when i click on the "2" at the bottom of the page, it just reopens page 1. i wanted to post in the "you cant win" answers thread, but cant get to it anymore.

Doug -
Soren owns, operates, and actually codes the site. I'm merely a guest blogger, so to speak. But Soren caught the page problem yesterday and it should be fixed already.
As to the sort order, I'll leave that to Soren to comment. I guess it would be nice to move the topic to the top based on most recent post, though.

i tried again this morning and it went to page 2 and i posted in the You Can't Win thread.
thnx Soren.
i hope he can fix it so the new posts go to the top. that way the dead threads move of and the active ones stay where you can see them.

Yes, I realize there are some problems with changing pages of threads and then clicking to view a posting on page 2.
I bought myself some time by altering the pagesize to 25 threads. This however doesn't solve the issue with having threads with newest answers starting the list og threads.
I will figure something out and in the meanwhile I hope you can live with the way it's set up now.
