As you all know, I'm not with the show any longer.
I have placed comments on my web page ... craigcarmean dot com ... basically wishing Paul and Ron the best of luck and I feel bad that it didn't work out.
Many of you have asked why I left. I don't have much to say on the matter. It's pretty simple. There's a reason that Omlette, Toast, Tommy and Jenners left. There's a reason that no one ever stays around too long. That's about it.
I had hoped that me leaving would be under better circumstances and that my relationship with the show would be friendly. Unfortunately it's not.
The program director, Brie Miller when asked ... "Did the listeners find him to be funny?" can be quoted as saying "No".
When asked if I had contributed to the show she also said "no".
I have remained silent through this whole thing ... avoiding childish mudslinging. That's why I haven't sent out any email, posted blogs, or anything else on the matter.
I wish them nothing but the best of luck and was hoping that they would do the same for me.

Craig -
Thanks for posting. I think we all appreciate that. I've said it publicly many times, but to reiterate:
1) I thought you were a great addition to the show.
2) You clearly contributed to the show beyond the normal on-air banter. We still hear your material today on the show.
3) Regardless of the P&YR show, your stand up act, your music, the videos and other material you've produced are excellent.
4) Your efforts to broaden the show beyond the normal "over the air" medium should not have been abandoned or dismissed lightly.
I'm not the only person who thinks so, and I encourage people to check out your website (previously referred to by you as "craigcarmean dot com") to sample the material, and check out your act whenever possible.

If any others would like to post some kind words and prove Brie Miller wrong ... It would be much appreciated.
I'd like to be able to say ... "I can't believe they said that!" ... But I'm not shocked. It's just hurtful.

I first saw Craig at the Hard Rock after Hurricane Wilma, and he made me laugh at a time when i really needed it. I really miss having him on the show and he added more to that show than Ron ever has. Good luck in everything you do, Craig. (and say hi to Mr. Dirty Sanchez for me) :lol:

Craig your work on the show was VERY much appreciated. Brie Miller is just standing behind her employees to save her own face. If she said that you were an asset to the show and that people enjoyed your on air presence then she would be making Paul look like a dumbass for firing you. But you do TOTALLY rule!! I never got the chance to come see your stand up act but your songs all rocked, I though you had a lot of great jokes, and generally your overall contribution to the show is really what kept me listening. I started listening to the show when they hired Abe and I was really going to switch back to listening to Bob and Tom but then you were hired. I'm not surprised that you didn't fit with the show, seeing as you never bowed down before Paul's feet, like it seems everyone else in the world has done, god knows why. I wish you only the best of luck and a long successful comedy career. I hope I can see you next time I'm in Florida, which is actually this weekend. Or next time. Or maybe I'll see you sometime in Columbia, SC. If you do a college your see if you can add USC to the tour and I'll be there front row with a group of friends!!

That's what happens when someone goes to one of Craig's shows, turns to the guy next to him and says "I don't get it...what's a Cleveland Steamer?"...
One manraping trip to the men's room later, he's pissed at Craig for no reason.
