What to do a Sunday in Orlando?

In connection with my trip to Florida in February, Three colleagues and I have a full Sunday with nothing scheduled in Orlando. Does anyone in here have suggestions as to what we could do to kill some time?
I don't think we're necessarily aiming at going to the most popular tourist hangout, so big amusement parks are pretty much not an option.
Any ideas?

They have this awesome sky diving fan place where its like you're sky diving but you're really just hanging over a big fan. That looks like super fun!

You mentione in the other post that you have a back problem. Go to this site to see the bunch of other things you can do and find one that is best for you

hey soren, are they giving you an expense account?
that skydive looks like fun, but DAMN its expensive.
its basically 50 to 70 bucks for 1 or 2 minutes of actual flight time.
but i still want to do it.

I can't imagine going to Orlando without going to Disney - even today I still love it...and I know you mentioned avoiding amusement parks, but just inside Universal Studios is one of the better restaurants around - Emeril's. I haven't been in a couple of years, but it's highly likely you can get a VERY good meal there.
That being said, my world revolves around food and yours may not. Besides, they opened an Emeril's down here in South Beach, so you can go there when you come south if you have more time.
But excluding amusement parks entirely...I'm out of suggestions...
