Paul stop singing!

Anyone else sick of hearing Paul sing? The Cat Food parody/promo for the bit was horrible. Between his singing all the time and his bodily noises (do the have to replace the foam suppressor on the microphone every morning?), I am getting sick to my stomach.

I'm with you joe! The constant burps, and coughs and other digusting noises are just plain gross. Radio DJs have a cough button for a reason. You'd think someone who has had such a successful radio career such as Paul would have learned somewhere along the way that nobody wants to hear anything come out of his body but his voice. He gave Ron hell one time for breathing heavily over an interview, yet he make disgusting noises daily, and sometimes several times a day. The only person i want to hear make bodily noises other than talking is OMG, when he throws up from being fed butter, or cat food, etc.

As for the singing, once again agreed. He's plain horrible. Nasally and flat. Very little regard for pitch and tempo. As well, he obviously tries too hard, and sings from the nostrils and not the diaphragm. It would be nice if he just stopped singing altogether, or at least didn't try and sounded horrible yet funny like everybody else on the show. Even if i still lived in Florida I wouldn't go to the pre-Atlantis party only because Paul said he was gonna sing with the band.

He knows about the button because he has talked about it. He just thinks it is cool or funny to burp or clear his phlegm. it is something Howard Stern used to do (and probably still does). Maybe if someone told him he is copying Stern, he will stop.

Why wouldn't they just have a professional singer on staff to sing all of the funny songs? Oh ... wait ... they did ...
