Its a moot point. Neither OMG nor Justin are able to break their leases, even if they had the money. OMG'S lease ends in April, and Justin just signed with the condo commandos or a year. You would have to raise enough money to pay the entire length of his lease inorder of it to work.

is that for real david??? i didn't know that, figured if they walk out of their apartment then they just lose whatever deposits and extra month rent they gave up front. didn't know you lose that and are still responsible for the remainder of the years rent.

It depends on how nice the leasers are, or if they have someone to take over the apartment. But if they have a lot of empty units, they wont be very nice, trust me I know. He would probably be able to transfer the lease to someone else who qualifies under their rules, but that person would probably have to be desperate.

I talked with OMG today and he said that even though it is a great gesture on the money, They can NOT accept any money from people that is sent in. Now if you hand him money in the street that is different.

What webby needs is for a official person to go to that apt complex and let them know that if things are not done right that webby can move out with no money. What this place does not know is that with webby being on the show. They can get all kinds of hell for the complex.
