A question about Paul

OK I drive over the road and listen to many radio shows. On Wed on XM I heard On the Lex and Terry show, They called Paul and Young ron the BIGGEST CRY BABIES IN THE INDUSTRY Now as a PR1 I took that very personnely. I called the show to let all the listerners know what jerks Lex and Terry are and was told by the female intern that they did not want that on the air. So I am thinking that maybe they are what Lex and Terry said. Later on the show Paul was saying how all his friends from radio shows are there to see what he will do for them. Just want the other people to know the truth about the show industry.

sure. paul likes to whine. but he does it as part of his "character".
and i totally agree with them not wanting you to go on the air
my ideas get shot down a lot of times. i used to call the show a couple times a week with stuff i thought would be funny, and sometimes you get on, sometimes they put you on hold for 3.6 hours then tell you they dont have time for me.(at least they gave me a paulys pick for hangin so long) lol
but it almost seems like you wanted to start a "war" between P&YR and L&T.
paul doesnt want to hate the other shows, especially if they arent even in the same market. besides, L&T came down here when P&YR moved to 105.9 they took the 94.9 spot and less than a year later, they got booted and 94.9 went espanol hope you keep listening' posting in here and calling the show too. lets just let sleeping dogs lie as far as the other morning shows go. k?

I agree to what you said except one area. I dont want to start a war between radio ashows. I wanted the people of south fl to know how much of asses Lex and Terry are. I know people still listen to them on the XM and I hear they are in tampa also. I just dont want them to get the credit.

And one thing Ive learned Brian, interns don't know crap (most of the time). Feel free to lie to them as to why u are calling, the very worst that could happen is that u get hung up on

Hey, it's Paul...The real scoop: I hate radio shows that don't do radio. They spend their time trying to create false drama between shows, so that they get people talking about them. I refuse to get baited into this game. Lex and Terry call us crybabies because:
A) When they came into the Miami market, we opened our arms to them, and introduced them to our staff at 94.ZETA, and were stand up guys. Befriended them, offered them help. What did they do? They went on the air and started trashing us. I called my agent, who reps them and said, "What is it with your asshole clients?" It must have gotten back to them. I don't give a shit. Point 2: They failed in Miami and when they hosted Zetafest, they were booed off the stage, by our fans chanting Paul and Ron. That is fact. More: We had them fired in West Palm. When we were syndicated to 98.7 the Gater, Lex and Terry were on WZZR. Our company decided to keep Bob and Tom and fire LEx and Terry. Now do you see why they hate us? I don't care what they talk about, but I will not waste our listeners time talking about crap they don't care about. Please share this anyone, I dare anybody to find one item in this that is false. Bubba the Love Sponge is another one. Talk trash about P/R and see if I will respond. I say, "go find your own audience and leave mine alone!" Whadya think?

They all suck anyway, I listened to Lex and Terry when they started on WJRR, but they suck. And now Im not in orlando any more so I am thankful I don't have to listen to them. Bubba sounded intelligent one day when I was surfing the channels (during best ofs) but I cnt bring myself to listen to someone that calls himself a "Love Spunge." If i continued listening, I would have had to take some man cards away. What happened to the "pc" user name?

I fully understand that you do not want them to be dicussed on your show. I get that. What I dont get is how that they can continue talk trash about you, and the listerners that they have believe what they say.. I heard this week that they have the same agent as you Paul and that they may tell the agent that if he does not drop you that they will drop him. I think they are just jelous that they have been kicked off all the stations that they have been on. Now I know they are the same clear channel family but come on this is getting bad. And the worst thing is that they are coming back to the west palm area. They will be played at 7pm on WZZR and the whole 5 hour show will be on that area. I bet they are going to try and get uou guys kicked off zeta. Just letting you know the trash that they talk about you. I love the show that you have and the input of all the members on the Paul and Young ron show is a good mix.

Brian, I think you mean the Gater? Zeta died several years ago. And I was not aware of this trash talking. If as of now, they are not in on air in this area, how and why do you listen to them?

I am not Terry nor Lex.. I am Brian And the reason I can here them in this area is because Paul and Ron get off the air at 11. Since I dont listen to music much, (beacuse it is the same loop) I listen to XM radio. They are on there delay 11 to 3. And they will be in the area because I heard on 94.3 The love Doctors that (clearence) New guy for clear channel (paul con confirm this) Said that he sign them on from 7 to 12 on 94.3 Which does sometimes makes it down in the Broward and Dade are.
I dont wan tto see paul get all huffy and bother knowing that they are trying to get paul and ron off the air.
