This site seems to have died, excpet the YCW question. No one in chat, no new threads.
I cant DL the Paul TV and the new one is blocked here at work because it is classified as a "Social Network" No more direct chat on P&YR. I guess I am out. I hardly listen anymore as they seem to be getting more vulgar and weirder. They are turning into a Howard Stern poser without the extreme sex and nudity. Goodbye cruel world.

Although I still listen to the show (there is really nothing else on...) I am kind of tired of the stunts that they put on which seem a little overdone. And that go on and on long past the point where they're funny...

I agree...and I hate the fact that it is happening. I am slowly falling out of love with the show. Someone needs to tell them. Even the game show is getting boring with all of the idiots calling in. I am not off the band wagon yet but 93.1 is my number 2 preset when it gets boring!!!

I agree that the show has gone a little down hill, IMO it all started when Toast came back, I just don't like his humor and feel he doesn't bring much to the show. They need to get Jenners back and send Toast back to the AM dial.

thats what i thought last week, but apparently people are still visiting b/c this thread explded after ur first post joe! I would be in the chatroom if I didnt have to be at work every morning at 7. I still listen to the show (on tape delay at 5 pm) and havent written on the posts recently b/c theres been nothing too interesting to comment on. The show, day to day, is still very entertaining to me, i just wasnt impressed with their april fools prank and the toilet prank for earth day.

I'm with Joe, except I'm getting sick of the show, not because they're getting weirder, but because they're getting much more stupid. Then again, by "they" I mean Paul. I can't believe this guy has a bachelor degree. He's a $#@&*@# retard. Yeah, I'll grant that generally he's funny. But most of the time he's just a complete and utter moron with an IQ of about 6.
I just haven't found anything else to listen to from 7-9. As it is I switch to Glenn Beck at 9. I already cut 2 hours of PnYR out of my morning listening schedule and I have no problem cutting out the other two.

I have to say this, since Toast has come back, I feel the only thing he has really added to the show is he statrted to question and rip into Paul on occasion. Once he started, the otheres followed and dont let Paul get away with as much crap as he used to, but the general appeal of the show is wanning for me. Paul is getting more irritating and the show is scraping the bottom of the barrel. Well, Ive had my say. I am glad people are reading this and reacting. Maybe it will get back to them. I cant send it cause they dont respond to ANY of my emails anymore. I think they have blocked me.

Well, people from the P&YR Show do visit this site (it's hard to resist reading about yourself), so at least one of your wishes will be granted. And other people are reading the site, too - I realize the forums haven't been hopping lately, but the web stats for the last 30 days or so are still pretty good (if I read them correctly).
Now whether anyone from the P&YR Show actually cares about what was expressed in this thread, I obviously have no idea. I would like to mentioned that everyone at the show has been pretty good about responding to my emails very quickly, except for Steve, who's never replied once, even if the idea being emailed makes it to air.
I'm not making any apologies for the show, by the way. I'm as quick to criticize as I am to praise - hopefully if you've read my blogs, you know that by now. Although I'm open to criticism and comments reference that statement.
I can't make the P&YR Show any better, but I know Soren is always open to suggestions on how to improve this site (short of making it a fansite for Lex & Terry).

I still love the show, I just don't think Toast fits in. I do think Toast does a good job when he DJs from noon to 2:00, I like him a lot more than Jen Wilde (although she's not bad either)

Yesterday it was all about gay experiences when they were younger...or when someone was younger...today I gave it a shot and it was all about them dressing OMG up like a lesbian...I dont want to hear this garbage. I dont think the greater population of listeners want to hear that crap...Lets just have fun and talk current events, sports, and stop wit hall of the torture...

Baber, the dressing OMG like a lesbian was only 1 bit, it wasn't the entire show. They are live for 5 hours, not everything they do will be gold. Don't be so critical.

Haze, It is just getting old hearing all of these gay bits day after day. Today when I briefly turned it on they were going over OMG's Lesbian encounters and the questions they asked. I do not feel that I am being to critical, I just feel that the show is suffering with all of the gay overtones it is casting day after day. Sorry if you dont like my opinion...

What pisses me off is this "funny" topic that comes up about Toast being a republican??? He is not a republican and i dont understand why paul keeps saying that he is and then toast comes back withis communist crack. Its not funny, i dont get it and it is stupid. But that being said, Im still gonna listen tommorow because the show is entertaining and I like it, even if some sh*** pisses me off! And Olivia, I dont know how long you have been listening, but they whine and complain all the time, they've been doing it for 15 years. But I dont think its fair to say thats all they do.

David - Why do you think that Toast isn't a Republican? I believe wholeheartedly he is. And I gotta say that hearing that news pulled me back to listening the show just that little bit, knowing that at least one person on the cast has a differing opinion and isn't afraid to say it. Then again, Ron is like that too, but he's Ron.

They are the same as they've always been. Paul's conceited and a pain in the ass (though I still love him), Ron is crazy, and the show is borderline raunchy- ok, maybe it wasn't *always* this raunchy. But still. What I personally find the most irritating, is the constant whining about the show. I come here because I'm a fan of the show, imagine that!
And let this be a lesson to you Doug. Don't ever go away for a week again! :P
(ps Ignore that last bit... I know it wasn't your choice...)

He had a six and half month non-compete clause in his contract. I bet they probably snatched him up right after BIG let him go. I still say that was a bad move on their part. But I am happy for Doc and will listen when Im back down south in 2 weeks.
